Agreement Between User and Royeli Tours and Travels LTD
Welcome. This contract is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of any of our products and services, whether purchased via our website or any of our social media platforms, constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
Please read carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
1. BOOKINGS AND DOCUMENTS
Bookings are only secured when we have received the minimum deposit from you. If the balance is not paid 14 days before the travel date, we are entitled to cancel your booking and retain 100% of the initial deposit paid.
2. PAYMENT
All payments must be made into the Company’s corporate account with the Account name: ROYELI TOURS AND TRAVELS LIMITED. The Company accepts bank transfers or cheques. The Company accepts no responsibility for payments made to any third party without express instruction.
3. PRICING
Prices and availability quoted by the Company are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment is made in full.
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover illness, accident, injury, loss of, or damage to baggage, and other insurable matters.
5. FLIGHT AND OTHER TRAVEL TIMINGS
Flight timings are provided by airlines and are subject to Air Traffic Control restrictions and weather conditions. The Company does not guarantee that flights will depart at the times stated.
6. TICKETS AND STOPOVERS
Once a ticket has been paid for and issued by the airline, the airline’s policy shall govern your travel itinerary. The contract is between you and the airline.
7. UNSCHEDULED EXTENSIONS
In the unlikely event of an unscheduled extension, the expenses will be borne by you.
8. SUPPLIERS
The Company acts as an intermediary between you and suppliers for your travel package. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury due to third-party suppliers.
9. CHANGES
If you wish to make changes to your booking, we may assist, subject to supplier’s policies.
10. GROUP PACKAGE
You cannot extend your stay on a group trip without consent from your travel consultant or tour leader.
11. CANCELLATION BY YOU
All cancellations or no-shows are subject to penalties imposed by the supplier.

12. AIRLINE AND HOTEL REFUND PROCEDURES
Refund policies of airlines and hotels vary. We may assist in refund requests, but the Company does not guarantee time frames.
13. COMPLAINTS
If you experience any problems, inform your Travel Consultant immediately.
14. PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND HEALTH
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, and health requirements are valid. The Company is not liable for visa refusal or delays.
15. COVID-19 TEST
If your COVID-19 or infectious disease test is positive, you may not be allowed on the trip.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from force majeure, including pandemics and natural disasters.
17. MODIFICATION
The Company may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
