As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and guests at Royeli Tours and Travels, you will play a crucial role in representing the company’s warmth, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role is to ensure a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. You are not just a receptionist, you are the face of our brand, supporting our mission to make every travel experience seamless and memorable.
Job Responsibilities
- Client & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome walk-in clients, guests, and partners with a warm and professional attitude; maintain reception area; offer refreshments where appropriate.
- Communication Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly; respond to basic inquiries; transfer calls; manage general emails.
- Administrative Support: Schedule and manage appointments; assist with clerical tasks; support HR and staff; handle mail and courier services.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain daily visitor log; submit weekly reports; maintain a FAQ database.
- Travel Service Familiarization: Stay updated on Royeli’s latest tours, packages, promos and pricing.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in any relevant field
- 1–2 years proven front desk or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Professional appearance, attention to detail and confidentiality
